Greetings my fellow Hoosiers!

Several days ago the U.S. Preventative Services Task Force (USPSTF) made drastic changes regarding recommendations about the use of screening mammograms and self-breast exams. There has been public outcry and much confusion about these recommendations. What should I do now about my yearly mammogram? Should I stop doing my monthly self-breast exam?

Oncoplastic Surgery

So what exactly is this? This is a newer way to combine a breast cancer surgery called a lumpectomy with a breast reduction/symmetry surgery. A breast surgeon and plastic surgeon work as a team to provide a safe cancer operation and to make the breasts as symmetrical as possible. This is used in 2 situations:
